Current Employment Opportunities 

The Municipality of McDougall is accepting applications for the position of full time equipment operator(s).
Equipment Operator candidates are to have a valid DZ or AZ (preferred) drivers licence with a clean drivers abstract. Operating knowledge and experience with snow plows, excavators, loader/backhoe, front end loader, bull dozer, and grader. Must be willing to work weekends and overtime and participate in the on call rotation. The successful applicants must provide a Criminal Background Check.

Municipality of McDougall is seeking a Director of Operations.
Responsible for leading the Operations and Infrastructure Department, including strategic leadership, management and administration of a broad operations portfolio including Roads, Fleet Maintenance, Parks, Facilities, Capital Projects, Public Works, Water and Waste Water and Waste Management. This is a full time position with a full benefit package and pension plan.
Minimum Qualifications:
Certified Engineering Technologist; Five (5) years experience at a senior management level in a municipal public works environment with experience preparing/analyzing and administering capital and operating budgets.
