2026-12 Request for Proposals, Integrity Commissioner Services 2027 – 2031
The Municipality invites proposals from qualified individuals and firms to serve as its Integrity Commissioner for a four-year term starting on or about January1, 2027.
The Integrity Commissioner is an independent officer appointed by Council under the Municipal Act, 2001. The role includes advising members of Council and local boards on their obligations under the Code of Conduct and the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, providing education and training, receiving and investigating complaints, and reporting to Council. Proponents should be prepared to deliver the services under the Municipal Accountability Act, 2026.
Closing: 2:00 p.m. local time, November 6, 2026. Late proposals will not be considered.
