The Municipality of McDougall invites you to prepare a proposal a Municipal Cleaning Contract. Work associated with this contract is for cleaning of the Municipal Office and Public Works building. The request is for weekly cleans, with additional duties incorporated into the weekly clean.
The municipal office is approx. 3,350 square feet and includes1 kitchen, 2 washrooms, 7 offices, boardroom and other common areas.
Public works is approx. 650 square feet, includes 1 kitchen, 1 washroom, locker area, and 2 offices. The shop floor is maintained by McDougall staff and not included in the contract.
